About the role#
The School of Divinity at Liberty University hires student workers to provide administrative and academic support. You will report to the Dean’s office, a Department Chair, or a faculty member to help with daily operations, class needs, and department projects.
What you'll do#
- Support the Dean’s office or professors with administrative tasks and projects.
- Create and edit documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Track student attendance in Top Hat and update records in Canvas.
- Communicate with students via email and Canvas.
- Assist with large class settings and attend department events or training sessions.
- Follow the university dress code and code of conduct.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student in good standing at Liberty University.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to learn and use the technical systems required for the role.
- Must live in the local area to work on campus.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, History, or Philosophy.

- This position is located in Lynchburg, Virginia.
- Work is on-site.
- This is a part-time, paid position with rolling terms.
