About the role#
This student worker position supports the full-time staff within the Office of Spiritual Development. You will help the LU Send team with daily administrative tasks and serve as a point of contact for visitors. This is a part-time role that offers the chance to gain professional experience in an office setting.
What you'll do#
- Greet and assist guests who visit the LU Send office.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the correct staff member.
- Complete various administrative tasks to support department goals.
- Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with visitors and colleagues.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency with computers, specifically the MS Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
- Professional demeanor at all times.
- Preferred majors include Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
