About the role#
The 2026 Fall Associate program provides an opportunity for students to gain experience within the Marketing department at Raymond James. You will support various teams, including Communications, Agency Services, Marketing Strategy, and Marketing Insights & Technology. This temporary role requires a commitment of 20 to 24 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in the planning, development, and execution of marketing, communication, and analyst initiatives.
- Perform competitive market analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Complete projects focused on branding, content creation, and social media marketing.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by the marketing team.
- Prepare and present project work to team members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior in a bachelor's or master's program.
- Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, economics, psychology, or related fields.
- Knowledge of business and marketing processes.
- Familiarity with project management, research, and analysis concepts.
- Ability to work effectively within a virtual or hybrid team environment.
- Capacity to learn new software packages and systems efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
