About the role#
This internship provides foundational support to the Quality team at our Bridgeton, Missouri facility. You will assist with the review and evaluation of test materials, processes, and project deliverables. The role involves reviewing software documentation for DoD compliance and witnessing software tests. You will gain hands-on experience by working alongside our engineering staff to learn methods, programs, and practices.
What you'll do#
- Provide basic Quality Analyst support for the team.
- Review software documentation for DoD compliance and evaluate it against quality standards.
- Conduct limited scope testing under the supervision of engineers.
- Gather, organize, and prepare data for engineering use.
- Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review project deliverables to verify alignment with quality requirements.
- Perform design analysis or calculations under supervision.
What you'll need#
- Currently a Junior or above in a Bachelor’s program for Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical documents.
- Basic understanding of quality principles, testing methods, or engineering processes.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across different teams.
