About the role#
We are looking for a Software Development Co-op student to join our engineering team. You will work alongside experienced developers to build software that powers influencer marketing for global brands. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to real production software, participate in the full software development lifecycle, and gain hands-on experience with modern engineering practices.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to production features across our backend and frontend applications.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, designers, and other cross-functional partners to deliver customer value.
- Write clean, maintainable, tested, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and learn engineering best practices.
- Debug issues and help improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems.
- Take part in planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Learn modern software architecture, cloud technologies, and scalable application design.
What you'll need#
- Experience programming in at least one modern language (TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, Go, or similar).
- A strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development.
- Some exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to receive feedback.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks like React is considered an asset.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $4,000 per month.
