About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team at our Buffalo office. This role offers hands-on experience with recruitment projects across various departments. Interns are expected to work 20 to 40 hours per week for a duration of one year.
What you'll do#
- Manage internship recruitment across various departments.
- Build relationships with universities, student groups, and academic departments to promote opportunities.
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, background checks, and onboarding for new hires.
- Conduct exit interviews for outgoing interns.
- Represent the company at university job fairs and campus networking events.
- Assist the Corporate HR team with special projects and general administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current college student or recent graduate working towards a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to engage and network with candidates, employees, and academic partners.
- Ability to handle sensitive HR information with strict confidentiality.
- Prior experience in administrative support, HR, or customer service is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities.

- Location: Buffalo, New York.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $19 - $21 per hour.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
- Note: Minimal local travel may be required for campus events.
