About the role#
La Caisse is looking for a intern to join the Global Health and Safety team for a four-month term. This role supports the team in areas such as business travel, emergency measures, and physical health and safety for employees. You will report to the Senior Director of Employment Law and Global Talent Mobility.
What you'll do#
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding health and safety via email.
- Document, update, and coordinate training and awareness initiatives.
- Help coordinate the deployment of tools and procedures for physical security, emergency measures, and business travel for local and international sites.
- Support the Global Health and Safety team with various mandates and projects.
- Collaborate with the Global Mobility team on related tasks, including international travel and safety support.
What you'll need#
- University studies in a first or second cycle program related to workplace safety, Public Health, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in both French and English, in writing and speaking, as you will interact with employees across international offices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively with different teams.
- Experience in a related field is an asset.
