About the role#
As a Program Finance Intern, you will support financial operations related to business acquisitions and program execution. You will work on the setup, validation, and generation of customer invoices while ensuring they meet specific contract terms. This role acts as a primary contact for billing questions and helps maintain accurate financial records through reconciliation and audit support.
What you'll do#
- Manage the financial tasks involved in proposals and ongoing programs.
- Create and validate complex customer invoices to ensure timely processing.
- Provide billing guidance to internal teams including Contracts and Program Finance.
- Perform reconciliations for invoices and accounts receivable to maintain accuracy.
- Assist with internal and external audits and contribute to process improvement projects.
- Support cash application processes through research.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Interest in cost development, budgeting, financial modeling, and corporate forecasting.
- Familiarity with contract compliance and reporting is a plus.

- Location: Melbourne, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Schedule: Full-time on-site. The role follows a 9/80 schedule, which includes 80 hours worked over 9 days with every other Friday off.
- This is a paid internship position.
