About the role#
As an HR Business Partner intern, you will work alongside leaders to support organizational goals. You will use business analytics and employee relations knowledge to help shape talent decisions and maintain a productive work environment. This role involves addressing workforce issues and contributing to HR projects.
What you'll do#
- Partner with leaders to build and carry out talent plans that align with business goals.
- Use data and analytics to influence talent decisions and improve employee engagement.
- Identify workplace issues and develop solutions that address root causes.
- Lead or support special HR initiatives and projects.
- Promote professional standards and company values across the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for Human Resources or a related field.
- A solid grasp of business analytics.
- Ability to create and execute talent plans.
- Experience or skills in collaborating with leadership teams.
- Strong problem solving skills within an HR context.
Location & details#
- Location: Camden, New Jersey.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Schedule: Full-time, 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
- Compensation: Paid internship with a pay range of $21.00 to $41.50 per hour.
