About the role#
L3Harris Technologies is hiring an Integration and Test Engineering Intern for our Wilmington, Massachusetts facility. This role involves working with our Test Engineering Support team to gain experience with company programs, test methods, and standard practices. You will work on-site to help solve engineering challenges.
What you'll do#
- Perform routine test engineering tasks.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of units in thermal vacuum and vibration test environments.
- Complete 5S+1 projects to maintain lab spaces.
- Manage the calibration of lab equipment.
- Procure tools and materials needed for test activities.
- Stage necessary equipment, tooling, and fixturing before tests begin.
- Assist in writing engineering drawings and support documentation like test instructions and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- This position is based in Wilmington, Massachusetts.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship.
