About the role#
The Contracts Intern supports the full lifecycle of contracts for Government, Commercial, and International programs. You will assist with proposal development, contract administration, and business processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the proposal, administration, and general business processes for contract management support.
- Process contract funding into PeopleSoft and maintain program performance metrics.
- Provide contract management support to internal program teams.
- Analyze, assess, and provide mitigation tactics for business and contractual risks.
- Prepare, negotiate, review, and execute contracts detailing prices, terms, and special provisions.
- Identify applicable subcontract flow-down clauses and conduct risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, corporate policies, and best practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Locations: Salt Lake City, Utah; Palm Bay, Florida; or Millersville, Maryland.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 9/80 schedule (80 hours over 9 days with every other Friday off).
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
