About the role#
This internship supports the contract lifecycle for government, commercial, and international programs. You will assist with proposal development and contract administration while following company policies and government regulations. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Millersville, Maryland.
What you'll do#
- Help with the proposal, administration, and general business processes for contract management.
- Enter contract funding into PeopleSoft and track program performance metrics.
- Provide support to internal program teams by helping solve problems and offering solutions.
- Identify risk factors and suggest ways to mitigate business and contractual issues.
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and execute contracts that detail prices, terms, and special provisions.
- Identify applicable subcontract flow-down clauses.
- Ensure all work complies with government regulations and corporate policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Sound business judgment.

- Location: Millersville, Maryland.
- Schedule: 9/80 schedule where you work 80 hours over 9 days and have every other Friday off.
