About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026. You will work on-site in Waco, Texas, supporting contract management for Government, Commercial, and International programs. The schedule follows a 9/80 format, where you work 80 hours over 9 days and have every other Friday off.
What you'll do#
- Support proposal development, contract administration, and general business processes.
- Enter contract funding into PeopleSoft and track program performance metrics.
- Help resolve contract issues and provide support to internal program teams.
- Identify subcontract flow-down clauses and assess contractual risk.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contract terms, prices, and special provisions.
- Ensure all work aligns with company policies, government regulations, and customer requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program.
- Academic focus in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to work on-site in Waco, Texas.
