About the role#
The L'Oréal USA Summer Internship is a paid, 11-week experience. You will join a brand marketing team, handle day-to-day responsibilities, and lead an individual strategic project. You will pitch your project directly to senior leadership. This role is full-time and operates on a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do#
- Own day-to-day brand responsibilities on a beauty brand.
- Lead an individual strategic project from insight to recommendation.
- Pitch project directly to senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, Operations, and Sales.
- Translate consumer data into brand positioning and campaign strategy.
- Develop short-form video, social content, and campaign assets.
- Identify and nurture creator relationships.
- Measure campaign performance and market share using data analytics tools.
- Support new product development from concept to shelf.
- Execute multi-channel marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Benchmark trends and competitor activity.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university.
- Expected to graduate between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Ability to start working full-time in September 2028 upon graduation.
- Willingness to relocate to the U.S. internship hub.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis. Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
