About the role#
Groupe Clarins is looking for a Marketing Intern to join the Skincare team in New York City. This is a paid, hybrid internship for Fall 2026. You will support the team by tracking competitive activity, managing project timelines, and assisting with data analysis. This role requires a minimum commitment of 35 hours per week for at least 6 months, including in-person attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
What you'll do#
- Review and present competitive launches for monthly meetings and global updates.
- Monitor competitor products, messaging, marketing campaigns, and reviews.
- Build competitive pricing analyses.
- Analyze the US market using Circana data on a quarterly basis.
- Manage weekly sell-thru analysis for Clarins products.
- Track creative routes to ensure the team meets deadlines.
- Organize the marketing product closet and handle product shipments.
- Issue creative requests and project briefs for upcoming launches.
- Prepare materials for meetings and participate in team discussions.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.
- A hands-on, resourceful approach with a positive attitude.
