About the role#
The L'Oréal USA Summer Internship is a paid, 11-week experience. You will be fully integrated into a brand marketing team, where you will own day-to-day responsibilities and lead an individual strategic project. You will present your work directly to senior leadership. This role is designed for students who want to develop business acumen and gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry.
What you'll do#
- Own day-to-day brand responsibilities, ranging from consumer insights to campaign execution.
- Lead an individual strategic project from initial insight to final recommendation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, Operations, and Sales teams.
- Build business acumen by working alongside brand managers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Ability to start working full-time in September 2028 upon graduation.
- Willingness to relocate to the internship hub in Clearwater, Florida.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
