About the role#
This is a paid, hands-on internship based in North Mankato, Minnesota. You will work directly with our retail team to gain experience in store operations and leadership. The program offers flexibility to accommodate your school schedule.
What you'll do#
- Support the retail team with daily store operations.
- Participate in marketing activities.
- Manage inventory control processes.
- Assist with accounting and auditing tasks.
- Handle product ordering.
- Support Human Resource responsibilities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 2 or 4-year degree program, specifically in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or Accounting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A self-motivated approach to tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well in a team.
Location & details#
- Location: North Mankato, Minnesota.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Minimum of 20 hours per week during school semesters, with potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
