About the role#
The Product Delivery & Execution team helps Product and Engineering departments deliver software by improving planning, visibility, and coordination. As an intern, you will support program managers with the day-to-day tracking of product initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in project management while working across teams including Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success.
What you'll do#
- Support project planning, tracking, and coordination efforts.
- Maintain project milestones, action items, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and reports.
- Keep project documentation up to date.
- Support dashboards and perform basic data analysis.
- Help improve team templates, processes, and tools.
- Explore ways to use AI and automation to simplify routine tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Expected to complete all degree requirements in December 2026 or later.
- Prior experience in technology project management or coordination.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, presentations, and collaboration tools.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments.
Location & details#
- Term: Winter 2027 (12-month, full-time position).
- Location: Toronto, Ontario. This role is hybrid. If you are based in Toronto, you must work from the office at least three days a week.
- Other candidates located in the Eastern time zone may work remotely.
