About the role#
The Revenue Enablement team supports go-to-market teams by building knowledge, skills, and confidence. This 12-month internship focuses on the practical coordination and execution of onboarding, learning, certification, and readiness programs. You will assist with content management, event logistics, and data reporting to help the team measure business impact and improve internal processes.
What you'll do#
- Create and update enablement content using modern tools.
- Support the build and delivery of onboarding, learning, and certification programs.
- Provide administrative and logistics support for events, including in-person activities.
- Organize and maintain learning content in shared workspaces and enablement platforms.
- Coordinate schedules, communications, and follow-ups with cross-functional partners.
- Pull data to support reporting on the business impact of enablement activities.
- Contribute to additional Revenue Enablement projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least third-year studies in Business, Sales, Market Research, Graphic Design, or an equivalent field.
- Current enrollment in full-time education or status as a recent graduate within 12 months of the placement end date.
- Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A constructive, positive approach and strong collaboration skills.
- Curiosity about enterprise software operations and an interest in improving processes.
Location & details#
- Location: Ottawa, Ontario. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.
- Term: Full-time 12-month position starting in January 2027.
- Compensation: $19.46 - $28.55 per hour, based on skills and experience.
