About the role#
As a Product Coordinator Intern for Driver Compliance, you will join the Product Management Team to support our work in connecting fleets and managing vehicle assets. This is a hands-on, 12-month internship starting in January 2027. You will work within the Solution Domain, focusing on North American driver compliance. This is a full-time, paid position based on a 37.5-hour work week.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and report on product success metrics.
- Assist product managers with feature development for small to medium scale projects.
- Coordinate customer research, including managing contact lists and gathering feedback from customers and resellers.
- Create and update documentation and materials for new and existing product features.
- Attend weekly and monthly product meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute action items to the team.
- Support the design and implementation of internal processes within the product team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong calendar and task management skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and an interest in learning from experienced team members.

- This role is based in Oakville, Toronto, or Waterloo, Ontario.
- We operate on a hybrid work model, allowing for a mix of in-person and virtual work.
- This is a full-time, 12-month internship term beginning in Winter 2027.
- Compensation is provided.
