About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in commercial lending and relationship management within the Cleveland market. You will work alongside senior bankers and analysts to support middle market and institutional clients. The program runs for 10.5 weeks, from May 26, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Analyze commercial loan requests, including financial statement spreads and key financial ratios.
- Review borrower business and financial integrity.
- Ensure the accuracy of credit system data.
- Collect financial statements from clients to monitor performance.
- Perform system maintenance for portfolio assignments and track pipeline activities in Salesforce.
- Complete a Capstone Project that integrates credit analysis, business analytics, and client deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years toward a four-year undergraduate degree.
- Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Science.
- Anticipated graduation date in or before May 2028.
- Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.3.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong quantitative and critical thinking abilities.

- Compensation: $23 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
