About the role#
This is a 10.5-week summer internship within the Income Property Group at KeyBank. The program runs from May 26, 2027, to August 6, 2027. It serves as a direct pipeline for full-time Analyst positions. You will work on projects that support the Real Estate Capital team and participate in networking events, learning labs, and mentorship opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Research economic conditions and market trends.
- Build and maintain strategic contact databases.
- Conduct research on neighborhoods, industries, and prospective tenants.
- Perform field research and prepare marketing materials.
- Complete a Capstone Project based on your internship experience.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least two years of a four-year undergraduate degree program.
- Coursework in finance, real estate, or a related field.
- An anticipated graduation date on or before May 2028.
- A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.3.
- Relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.

- Compensation: $27 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
