About the role#
This internship with the Community Development Lending and Investment (CDLI) team focuses on providing debt and equity capital for affordable housing and community commercial real estate projects. You will gain experience in a 10.5-week program designed to serve as a pipeline for full-time Analyst positions. You will work with mentors and participate in networking events and professional development sessions.
What you'll do#
- Research economic conditions and market trends.
- Build strategic contact databases.
- Conduct research on neighborhoods, industries, and prospective tenants.
- Prepare marketing materials.
- Complete a Capstone Project to synthesize your learnings.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least two years of a four-year undergraduate degree program.
- Coursework in finance, real estate, or a related field.
- An anticipated graduation date in or before May 2028.
- A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.3.
Location & details#
- Location: Denver, Colorado.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 26, 2027 to August 6, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $27 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
