About the role#
The Student Lead for the Esports program supports daily operations and program growth at Hill College. This role involves working with the Coordinator to manage team activities, events, and recruitment initiatives. You will act as a representative of the program while helping maintain a welcoming environment for all participants.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily organization and operation of the Esports program.
- Communicate with prospective students and follow up with recruits.
- Coordinate schedules among current students, recruits, and their families.
- Provide input on strategies to grow the program and improve student engagement.
- Serve as a positive representative of the college.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at Hill College.
- A minimum 2.0 GPA.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Previous experience in Esports, competitive gaming, or gaming organizations is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

- Location: Hillsboro, Texas.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $15 per hour.
- Status: Part-time student worker.
