About the role#
This position is an internship through the DoD SkillBridge Program. It is exclusive to U.S. military members currently serving on active duty. You will support daily field operations and work alongside the Superintendent to keep projects safe, efficient, and on schedule.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate with trades on-site
- Track materials
- Manage site logistics
- Monitor safety compliance
- Assist with general site operations as needed
What you'll need#
- Interest in construction management or the construction industry
- At least 180 days served on active duty
- Eligibility to participate during the final six months of service before separation or retirement
- Completion of the Transition Assistance Program (TAP/TGPS)
- Written authorization from your Unit Commander to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Procore is preferred but not required

- This is an unpaid internship through the DoD SkillBridge Program. You will remain an employee of the DoD and receive compensation and benefits through them. Following the program, graduates hired into an Assistant Superintendent role may be eligible for a salary range of $65,000 to $90,000.
