Assistant Superintendent

About the role#

This is a DoD SkillBridge internship opportunity for active-duty military members transitioning to civilian life. The Assistant Superintendent supports daily field operations by working alongside the Superintendent to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently according to the schedule.

What you'll do#

• Assist with trade coordination.
• Manage material tracking and site logistics.
• Support safety compliance and general site operations.
• Utilize software including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; experience with Procore is preferred.

What you'll need#

• Current active-duty military status with at least 180 days of service.
• Eligibility to participate during the final six months of service prior to separation or retirement.
• Completion of the Transition Assistance Program (TAP/TGPS).
• Written authorization from a Unit Commander to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program.
• A demonstrated interest in construction management or the construction industry.
• Academic background in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, or Real Estate is preferred.
