About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to build experience in wealth management and fiduciary services. You will work with trust professionals who support individuals, families, and organizations in managing and preserving assets. This is a full-time, 10-week program beginning in Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support Trust Officers and Trust Administrators with day-to-day account administration and client service.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of trust and financial documentation.
- Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, document management, and data maintenance.
- Participate in projects from initiation through completion, including process documentation and improvement initiatives.
- Provide client service by assisting with outreach, follow-up requests, and the collection of documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is updated in internal systems.
- Adhere to risk and control standards to protect client information and assets.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to deliver quality outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2030.
- Interest in Wealth Management, Trust Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with data, reporting, or process improvement.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and research tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience building relationships or leading initiatives through coursework, athletics, or volunteer activities.
- Professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information.

- Location: Jackson, Wyoming.
- This is an on-site, full-time position.
- You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship.
