About the role#
This nine-week summer program offers exposure to the various areas of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. As an Advisor Trainee, you will join a team focused on building client relationships and delivering customized wealth management solutions. The program begins with a week of training and orientation to prepare you for your responsibilities. Top performers may receive a full-time offer at the end of the summer.
What you'll do#
- Work with a team of advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and serve existing clients.
- Deliver customized and comprehensive solutions to help protect, manage, and grow wealth.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics (excluding MBA).
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Currently attending a college or university in the U.S.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly driven, inquisitive, and proactive, with a desire to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in teams to develop complex solutions.
- Good judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and economic trends.
- Interest in working with external clients in a sales and relationship-building capacity.
