About the role#
This nine-week summer program offers exposure to wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. The program begins with one week of training and orientation to introduce you to the business. You will work alongside advisors and specialists to deliver customized solutions that help clients protect, manage, and grow their wealth. Top performers may be eligible for a full-time offer at the conclusion of the program.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with a team of advisors and specialists to acquire new clients and support existing ones.
- Develop and deliver customized, comprehensive financial solutions tailored to individual client goals.
- Gain practical experience across various wealth management practices, including credit, banking, and estate planning.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (excluding MBA).
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028. Master's students must be within two years of their Bachelor's degree.
- Currently attending a college or university in the U.S.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, inquisitive mindset with a genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
- Ability to multitask and maintain discretion with confidential information.
- An aspiration to work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity.
