About the role#
The Corporate Analyst Development Program is a nine-week summer internship designed to provide hands-on experience in business operations. You will work on meaningful projects that influence business outcomes while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders. The program focuses on three core disciplines: Analytics, Project Management, and Process Improvement. This role is ideal for students who are intellectually curious, enjoy working with data, and want to solve complex business problems. High-performing interns may be considered for the full-time program, which is a two-year rotational experience.
What you'll do#
- Analytics: Explore data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities while using modern tools to accelerate insight generation. Translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Project Management: Support the delivery of projects that drive business priorities. Coordinate across teams to keep work aligned, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Use data to understand root causes and implement solutions that drive measurable impact.
- General: Support decision-making through structured problem solving and contribute to initiatives that shape global business operations.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
- Relevant majors include Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, and Computer Science.
