2027 Corporate Analyst Development Program - Summer Analyst

About the role#

The Corporate Analyst Development Program is a nine-week summer internship designed to provide hands-on experience in one of three core disciplines: Analytics, Project Management, or Process Improvement. You will work on meaningful projects that influence business outcomes, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and develop foundational skills in a collaborative environment. This program is not aligned with front-office, client-facing, or software engineering roles.

What you'll do#

• Analytics: Explore data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities; translate analysis into actionable recommendations and support decision-making through structured problem solving.
• Project Management: Support the delivery of projects that drive business priorities, coordinate across teams, and communicate updates to stakeholders at various levels.
• Process Improvement: Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, support initiatives that enhance systems, and use data to understand root causes and inform solutions.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
• Relevant majors include Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, and Computer Science.
