2027 Chase Leadership Development Program - Summer Analyst Opportunity

About the role#

The Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Summer Analyst role is a 9-week internship providing a comprehensive introduction to JPMorganChase. Analysts gain exposure to various business units including Auto, Business Banking, Card Services, Consumer Banking, Digital Product & Experience, Finance, and Risk Management. The program focuses on work that adds value to the business and impacts customers, with placements centered on Product, Project/Program Management, or Strategy & Strategic Initiatives. Successful completion may lead to an offer for the full-time, 2-year rotational program.

What you'll do#

• Utilize data analytics to measure operational effectiveness, support business decisions, and forecast profit.
• Drive product development through the lifecycle, including testing, iterating, and marketing new features.
• Manage project management efforts for high-visibility brands and initiatives.
• Evaluate and quantify business strategies in alignment with regulatory controls.
• Collaborate across functions—such as Engineering, UX Design, and Finance—to develop innovative solutions to business cases.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions to automate workflows and enhance customer experience, while ensuring responsible model monitoring.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A. or M.S. degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a strong aptitude for technical learning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• An interest in supporting innovative financial products and services.
