About the role#
The Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is a 9-week summer internship designed to provide a comprehensive look at our business units. You will be placed in a role focused on product, project management, or strategic initiatives. This program includes access to training, a dedicated program manager, mentors, and senior leaders. Successful completion of this internship may result in an offer for our 2-year full-time rotational program.
What you'll do#
- Utilize data analytics to measure operational effectiveness, assess profit, and support business decisions.
- Drive product development through the lifecycle, including testing, iterating, and marketing new features.
- Manage project management efforts for high-visibility brands and initiatives.
- Develop innovative solutions to business cases by collaborating across functions like engineering, finance, and design.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions to automate workflows and improve customer experience.
- Evaluate and quantify business strategies in line with regulatory controls.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A. or M.S. degree with an expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a strong technical learning acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Interest in supporting innovative financial products and services.
