About the role#
The Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Summer Analyst opportunity is a 9-week internship designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the firm. Analysts are placed into roles focused on Product, Project and Program Management, or Strategy and Strategic Initiatives. Throughout the program, participants gain exposure to diverse business units including Auto, Business Banking, Card Services, Consumer Banking, Digital Product and Experience, Finance, Home Lending, Wealth Management, Marketing, Controls, Operations, and Risk Management. Successful completion of this internship may result in an offer of employment for the full-time 2-year rotational program.
What you'll do#
- Utilize data analytics to measure operational effectiveness, support risk and reward decisions, and forecast profit.
- Drive product development through the full lifecycle, including testing, iterating, and marketing new features.
- Manage project management efforts for high-visibility brand initiatives, including marketing and media campaigns.
- Develop innovative solutions to business cases by collaborating across functions such as Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and UX Design.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions to automate workflows and enhance customer experience.
- Evaluate and quantify business strategies in alignment with regulatory controls.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A. or M.S. degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong technical learning acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Strong interest in supporting innovative financial products and services.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
