2027 Corporate Analyst Development Program - Summer Analyst

About the role#

The Corporate Analyst Development Program is a nine-week summer internship designed to provide hands-on experience in one of three core disciplines: Analytics, Project Management, or Process Improvement. Interns will work on projects that influence business outcomes, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and build foundational skills in a collaborative environment. This program is not aligned to front-office, client-facing, or software engineering roles.

What you'll do#

• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support decision-making through structured problem solving.
• Use modern tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to accelerate insight generation.
• Support the delivery of projects that drive business priorities.
• Help implement changes that drive sustainable, measurable impact.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies with a digital-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant majors include Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Psychology.
