About the role#
The Corporate Analyst Development Program is a nine-week summer internship designed to build foundational skills in analytics, project management, and process improvement. You will contribute to meaningful projects that influence business outcomes, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and develop a broad understanding of how global business operations connect. This program is ideal for students who are intellectually curious, enjoy working with data, and want to solve complex problems. High-performing interns may be considered for the two-year full-time rotational program.
What you'll do#
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support decision-making through structured problem solving.
- Use modern tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to accelerate insight generation.
- Support the delivery of projects that drive business priorities.
- Help implement changes that drive sustainable, measurable impact.
- Coordinate across teams to keep work on track and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Explore data to uncover trends and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies with a digital-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business tools.
- Preferred: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
