About the role#

The Innovation Development Program (IDP) is a summer analyst opportunity focused on financial services product management, blending technology, design, and strategy. As an analyst, you will rotate through two teams within the Commercial and Investment Bank, gaining exposure to product development, business strategy, and data analysis. You will receive professional support through career training, mentorship, and access to an executive speaker series.

What you'll do#

• Rotate through two teams to contribute to high-impact projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders while supported by a network of experienced professionals and leaders.
• Support the development or launch of products, formulate business strategy recommendations, and drive decisions based on data analysis.
• Explore diverse products and solutions, identifying ways to meet client needs and improve processes.
• Develop into a subject matter expert with the ability to present findings to executive leadership.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited U.S. university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and Spring 2028.
• A passion for product innovation and business transformation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and trends to create actionable solutions.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proven record of academic, extracurricular, or professional achievement.
• A strong work ethic and self-starter attitude.
• Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
