About the role#
The Innovation Development Program is a summer analyst opportunity focused on financial services product management. Analysts rotate through two teams within the Commercial and Investment Bank to work on high-impact projects. The program integrates technology, design, and strategy, providing participants with professional mentorship, career training, and exposure to executive leadership to support their growth as future leaders.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through two teams to contribute to high-impact projects.
- Support the development or launch of products and formulate recommendations to shape business strategy.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and drive decisions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders while receiving support from a network of experienced professionals.
- Develop expertise in specific disciplines and present findings to leadership.
- Assist in critical process transformations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited U.S. university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Relevant academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- Passion for driving business transformation and product innovation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and develop actionable solutions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated record of academic, extracurricular, or professional achievement.
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
