About the role#
The Global Private Bank Advisor Program is a nine-week summer internship focused on wealth management for clients across Mexico, Central America, South America, and Brazil. As an Advisor Trainee, you will gain exposure to investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. The program begins with a week of induction training to provide the technical and practical knowledge required to contribute to the team. You will work alongside bankers, investment specialists, and wealth advisors to deliver tailored financial solutions.
What you'll do#
- Analyze market activities and client needs to develop and execute financial strategies.
- Collaborate with market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams to conduct research, develop products, and respond to client requirements.
- Engage in one-on-one mentorship, structured learning sessions, and networking events.
- Assist in building and maintaining client relationships while gaining expertise in wealth management.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Non-MBA) with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Cultural knowledge and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team environment.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (limited sponsorship is available for specific STEM degree programs).
- Majors in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics are preferred.
