About the role#
The Global Private Bank Advisor Program is a nine-week summer internship within the Global Families Group Asia. You will work alongside bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending experts to provide customized wealth management solutions. The program begins with a week of induction training to provide the technical and practical knowledge needed to contribute to the team. Top performers may be considered for a full-time offer upon completion of the program.
What you'll do#
- Work with teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute financial strategies.
- Partner with bankers, global investment specialists, and estate experts to recommend investment and wealth management solutions that protect and grow client portfolios.
- Collaborate with market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams to conduct research, develop products, and respond to client needs as part of a Solutions Team.
- Participate in one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions, and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Non-MBA) with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Currently attending a college or university in the United States.
- Fluency in verbal and written Mandarin and English.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Desire to work with external clients in a relationship building and sales capacity.
