About the role#
This Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Co-Op position offers hands-on experience within a global healthcare company. You will work on projects that build your leadership, analytical, and project management skills. The role involves partnering with teams across Innovative Medicine, MedTech, Supply Chain, and Corporate sectors to support safe workplaces and environmental sustainability. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity designed to help you develop a strong career foundation.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the EH&S organization on initiatives related to environmental health, workplace safety, and sustainability.
- Engage in an interactive team environment that provides coaching and networking opportunities.
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives while executing results.
- Participate in cross-functional teamwork to support safety and environmental goals.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your undergraduate freshman year at an accredited university.
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Preferred: Excellent communication and presentation skills, leadership experience, and participation in engineering societies or community service.

- Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter, Summer, and Fall 2027.
- Employment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
