About the role#
This co-op role supports the Customer Service and Channel Operations (CS/CO) organization within the Johnson & Johnson Deliver Group. You will assist in shaping digital strategies, support analytics projects, and gain hands-on experience with operational tools and supply chain processes. This position is a paid, full-time opportunity for students pursuing degrees in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Administration.
What you'll do#
- Support data collection, validation, and management across CS/CO functions, including order management and distribution.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to share insights with stakeholders.
- Curate and maintain the data and analytics infrastructure that supports daily operations.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Document data workflows and maintain data integrity standards.
- Collaborate with team members on ad hoc analytics requests and participate in continuous improvement projects.
What you'll need#
- Strong interest in data analysis, digital tools, and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of basic data analysis or visualization tools like Power BI.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn new systems, data methodologies, and process improvement techniques.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Preferred: Exposure to programming languages such as SQL or Python, familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, or experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
