About the role#
This position supports the User Experience organization within Global Manufacturing and Internal Business. You will help shape how work is performed across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and engineering. This role explores how AI, automation, and digital technologies can improve business outcomes and simplify workflows.
What you'll do#
- Observe workflows and interview stakeholders to uncover opportunities for efficiency.
- Support user research, workshops, journey mapping, and experience design initiatives.
- Analyze findings to identify areas for automation and innovation.
- Help visualize processes, experiences, and future-state concepts.
- Create presentations, prototypes, and communications to share insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and Data & Analytics.
- Research emerging trends in AI and the future of work.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve experiences for employees, dealers, and customers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited university or college.
- Graduation date of May 2027 or later.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
- Ability to work 10 to 20 hours per week during the academic year.
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week during summer semesters.
- Strong curiosity about business, technology, and operations.
- Interest in research, problem solving, and understanding human workflows.
- Ability to translate observations into actionable insights.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.

- This is a paid, part-time position.
