About the role#
This is a part-time engineering position based in East Moline, Illinois. You will work year-round alongside our factory engineering team to support product and process improvements. This role is designed for students who can balance their academic schedule with hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Investigate issues related to products and processes.
- Recommend changes based on your observations.
- Help implement engineering activities.
- Provide support for special engineering projects.
- Perform analysis to help solve line-side issues.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student at a U.S. accredited college or university.
- Pursuit of a degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- A graduation date of July 2028 or later.
- Availability to work 16-20 hours per week during the academic year and 30-40 hours per week during the summer.
- Ability to commute daily to the East Moline facility.
- Completion of coursework in engineering or science-related topics.
- Familiarity with information gathering and analysis techniques.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
