About the role#
John Deere Coffeyville Works is seeking engineering students for a Summer 2027 internship. This role provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing and product development environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals to solve real-world engineering challenges.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects focused on product innovation and manufacturing excellence.
- Support quality improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams across engineering, quality, supply management, and operations.
- Depending on business needs and your background, you may work in assembly manufacturing, machining manufacturing, drivetrain controls, or drivetrain design.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Agricultural, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Coffeyville, Kansas.
- This position does not offer sponsorship for work authorization.
