About the role#
As a Supply Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with sourcing, the Enterprise Product Delivery Process, and the Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process. You will work alongside our teams to understand our products and services while building a professional network. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of strategies and contracts for commodities of lower value and less complexity.
- Perform data analysis, including cost models, make versus buy studies, spend analysis, and invoice issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to resolve chronic supplier performance issues.
- Validate suppliers during the early selection process as part of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process.
- Use the Achieving Excellence process to manage and track supplier performance.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Operation Management, Distribution Management, Production Planning, Purchasing, Transportation/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Seniors pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration are also eligible.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Ability to relocate domestically for assignments.
