About the role#
This is a year-round, part-time student position based at our Dubuque, Iowa facility. You will work alongside our full-time staff to gain hands-on manufacturing experience while maintaining your academic schedule.
What you'll do#
- Provide support and basic troubleshooting for assembly operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Take on developmental assignments to build your manufacturing expertise.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student at a local U.S. accredited college or university.
- Pursuit of a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field.
- A graduation date of May 2027 or later.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
- Availability to work 16-20 hours per week during the school year and 30-40 hours per week during the summer.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- High attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a self-directed manner.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- This role is located in Dubuque, IA, and requires regular on-site attendance.
