About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support investment and acquisition projects. This role offers insight into commercial real estate through hands-on research and financial analysis.
What you'll do#
- Gather and analyze market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts to assist with market research reports.
- Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize lease agreements by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist the team with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Create marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, by designing charts and graphics.
- Collect data on rent rolls and tenant profiles to support the team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college or university junior expected to graduate in Summer 2028.
- You have permanent US work authorization.
- You possess strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- You have an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop is preferred.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
