About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the Capital Markets group at JLL. You will work alongside analysts to support real estate investments and acquisitions. This is a full-time, paid position based in Pittsburgh for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Write market research by gathering and analyzing information, including demographics and traffic counts.
- Support valuations for listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review leases and prepare lease abstracts.
- Assist the team with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Create marketing materials like teasers and offering memorandums.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles to support the team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college or university junior expecting to graduate in Summer 2028.
- You have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
- You possess strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.
- You have an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Background in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
