About the role#
This internship is part of the Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support investments and acquisitions. The role provides insight into the commercial real estate industry through research, writing, and analysis. You will be an integral part of the team, contributing to strategic advice for clients.
What you'll do#
- Assist with preparing and writing market research by gathering statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
- Design and prepare marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums.
- Create charts and other graphics for team use.
- Gather data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college or university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
- Major in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Permanent US work authorization.
- Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop is preferred.
