About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the commercial real estate industry within the Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support investment and acquisition projects. This is a full-time, paid position based in Portland, Oregon, running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Write market research by analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support property valuations using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases through lease abstracts.
- Assist with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Design marketing materials like teasers and offering memorandums.
- Create charts and graphics to support team projects.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college or university junior.
- You have permanent US work authorization.
- You possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented and can work independently.
- You have intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop is preferred.

- This role is located on-site in Portland, Oregon.
- This is a full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- No relocation assistance or housing is provided for this program.
