About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in the hotel real estate industry. You will work alongside analysts, transaction professionals, and associates to learn about commercial real estate. This is a full-time, on-site position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with historical P&L reviews, STR analyses, and operating benchmarks.
- Prepare and write market research.
- Obtain and analyze market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Assist in the due diligence process.
- Value listings and proposed listings in Excel.
- Review and summarize ground leases.
- Assist in the design and preparation of teasers and books.
- Create charts and other graphic materials.
What you'll need#
- Must have completed at least 3 years of college.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Professionalism when interacting with internal and external clients.
- Familiarity with Adobe, InDesign, and Photoshop is a plus.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
