About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the JLL Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support investments and acquisitions. The role offers insight into the commercial real estate industry through research, writing, and data analysis.
What you'll do#
- Write market research by gathering and analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support property valuations using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by drafting lease abstracts.
- Assist with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Create marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, using charts and graphics.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles to assist the team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college junior graduating in Summer 2028.
- Permanent US work authorization is required as sponsorship is not provided.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop is preferred.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
- Employment: Full time, paid internship.
