About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the commercial real estate industry within our Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support investments and acquisitions. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Orlando. The internship runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Write market research by analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support the valuation of listings using Excel and Argus.
- Review and summarize leases through lease abstracts.
- Assist with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Create marketing materials, such as teasers and offering memorandums, including charts and graphics.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles to assist the team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college or university junior graduating in Summer 2028.
- You have permanent US work authorization. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
- You possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and with a team.
- You have an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop is preferred.
- You are pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
