About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to join the JLL Capital Markets group in New York. You will work alongside analysts to support investments and acquisitions. This role is designed for students seeking insight into the commercial real estate industry through research, writing, and data analysis.
What you'll do#
- Assist with market research by gathering and analyzing information on demographics, statistics, and traffic counts.
- Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Prepare lease abstracts by reviewing and summarizing lease documents.
- Help with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Design and prepare marketing materials, including offering memorandums and teasers.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles to support the team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college or university junior graduating in Summer 2028.
- You have permanent work authorization in the United States.
- You possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You have an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop is a plus.

- This is an on-site internship based in New York, New York.
- The term runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
