About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the Capital Markets group at JLL. You will work alongside analysts to support real estate investments and acquisitions. This role is based in San Francisco and runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Write and prepare market research by analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support the valuation of listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases to create lease abstracts.
- Assist with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Help design marketing materials like teasers and offering memorandums.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles to assist the team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college junior graduating in Summer 2028.
- You have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
- You possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- You have strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Majors in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics are preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship located in San Francisco, California.
- Compensation is estimated between 7,268 and 10,884 USD for the term.
