About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to join the Capital Markets group in Denver. You will work alongside analysts to support real estate investments and acquisitions. This role offers insight into the commercial real estate industry through research, data analysis, and transaction support.
What you'll do#
- Write market research by collecting and analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support property valuations using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Design marketing materials such as teasers and offering memorandums.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or Economics.
- Permanent US work authorization.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional communication skills for interacting with internal and external clients.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 - August 13, 2027).
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
