About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the Capital Markets group at JLL. You will work alongside analysts to support real estate investments and acquisitions. This role is based in Boston and runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with market research by analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
- Help design and prepare marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college or university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
- You have permanent US work authorization.
- You possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- You have an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Relevant majors include Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.

- This position is located on-site in Boston, Massachusetts.
- This is a paid, full-time summer internship.
